Mark R Graham
For two decades, Mark R. Graham has established himself in the alternative asset sector. As the co-founder of New York-based private equity firm Drake, Goodwin & Graham, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing major acquisitions across multiple industries. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Graham served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisition department of Morgan Stanley & Co, where he worked on high-profile transactions involving top companies such as ATT, Sun Microsystems, and Philips NV, among others. Mr. Graham’s impressive professional background includes his time as an associate at Houston-based law firm Bracewell LLP.
Mr. Graham’s recent focus has shifted to charitable activities, with a particular passion for improving secondary education. Mr Mark is a member of the Texas Bar.He graduated with honors, cum laude, from the University of Michigan and earned his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Additionally, Mr. Graham enjoys golfing and holds a private pilot’s license with instrument and multi-engine ratings. He and his wife and three sons reside in New York City.
